U.S. Domestic Orders
We ship all domestic orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) / eParcel.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and
shipping speed. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has shipped.
We offer real-time shipping rate calculation to provide the most accurate
delivery cost at the time of checkout.
Canada Orders
All orders to Canada ship via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders can be fully tracked using the tracking number provided once your parcel has shipped.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery times may vary by region.
United Kingdom / European Orders
We offer shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe via DHL Express.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for promotional free shipping, subject to change.
Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided once your order ships.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, with costs based on destination and weight. The exact rate is calculated at checkout.
Orders are fully trackable, and a tracking number will be sent to your email
once the package ships. Shipping times vary based on location. During peak
seasons or holidays, please allow extra time.
Please note: We are unable to make changes to an order once it is confirmed. Choose carefully before completing checkout.
Worldwide Shipping and Duties
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery
times vary and are calculated at checkout.
All international customers are responsible for paying customs duties or import charges required by their country. Please check with your local customs office for applicable thresholds and fees.
Returns
PLEASE NOTE: We issue store credit only for returned items.
No refunds or exchanges are processed. Store credit may be used to repurchase a different size or style.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly selected sizes.
Returns must be requested within 14 business days (domestic) or 21 business
days (international) of receiving your order.
How to Return Item(s)
Step 1: Log into your account and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you checked out as a guest, email our support team for assistance.
Step 2: Email customerservice@apieceofafricatoyou.com with your RMA number, order number, and contact information for return instructions.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Accompanied by original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable
shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return is received.
If a "Gift with Purchase" was included, it must be returned to
receive full credit. If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be
deducted from your credit.
Final Sale Items
PLEASE NOTE: All final clearance item purchases are FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for these items.
